Sequence matters.
Start at the foundation.
Clarity and Context form the C² foundation. Teamwork places the human being at the centre. Only then should the organization move through Strategy, Structure and, finally, Systems—standardising processes after they have been tested in context.
The six domains and their sequence are aligned to Designed to Thrive, Chapter 10. The assessment statements, numerical scores and 60-point progression gateway are a transparent digital operationalisation to support diagnosis and future validation; they are not presented in the book as a scored instrument.
